Yesterday I was in meetings all day. It was great. Somehow I feel very "grown-up" saying that. They were enjoyable meetings that accomplished quite a bit.  I experienced yet another productive day coordinating volunteers, creating lists of local businesses, and tracking down resources. Additionally I experienced my first trip to Trader Joe's. It is a magical place filled with organic, inexpensive food where I purchased enough food to last the next week (minimally, of course) for only twenty dollars. ( Read more... )

harry potter and the half blood prince has been delayed. it will not longer release on november 21, 2008 but will release july 17, 2009!!!

i am livid. and the only reason they're doing it is because they'll make more money off of it by releasing it then instead of now. ugh.
