There is a video going around the internet, produced by the Kaiser Foundation, that is supposedly making the 'complex bill' easier to understand for the lay person.

A few weeks ago I tripped and fell. At the time I felt a sharp pain in my left knee. Sharp immediate and short lived pain. I could walk it off, which I did and tried to forget about it.

On March 25th, I started a long term, medically monitored water fast.

So I started my fast on Thursday 3/26. So far it has been pretty uninteresting. Lots of water. Lots of rest. I have been averaging a loss of about 2 lbs per day on the fast, which has me to a weight that I haven't been in about 14 years. Overall I have lost almost 30 pounds since I got here 30 days ago.

... the elevator music at the old folks home was the music from your HS Prom.

At least is wasn't Muzak.

Okay it wasn't an old folks home, it was the Wendy's in the part of town that is across the street from one of the largest retirement communities in Arizona. But still, it was full of retirees.
