So today in my "Modern Revolution" philosophy class, I finally had that "ah ha" moment strike me where what she was talking about went *click* and made sense. Some of the concepts we were discussing in class sounded familiar, and I extrapolated them back to my degree studies and they melded excellently. Haha... there is no Ops training outside of OJT.

I'm off for UAL SAT Training - it's focusing on an entirely different thing altogether, but still customer-focused.

Right. Well. Good luck on that. Took them 6 months before they sent me to FastAIR training after I hired...
