Lately I've realized that there is nothing like a decent nights sleep. Seriously it takes a good chunk out of the majority of depression that I feel on a daily basis. There is nothing like waking up feeling rested. The world begins to feel like your oyster again. It's too good.

This may sound weird, but what keeps me not depressed is embracing all the testosterone and hate in my veins instead of fighting it. Sinking my negative emotions into something (like work or projects) makes me feel accomplished and content in my off time.

Wow that is so backwards, but at least you are putting those emotions to good use instead of trying to ignore them.
