On the inability to focus.

A new junior person started at my work today. We went over his job responsibilities, and got him set up on the other end of my already too-small office, and he's been working steadily throughout the day. Which makes me feel bad that somewhere around 3:30 I began to zone out. Hence the fact that I am now on lj ;-) Oddly enough, my Google homepage

If the new guy starts making you feel bad by injuring your work ethic, you can always periodically stop by to tell him what an awful job he's been doing and how he can't believe his mother, it being impossible to miss what a fantastic loser he is, didn't crush his skull moments after his birth and try again.
That might be a lil' too mean, even for me....hrm, food for thought....
