Everclear was the fave beverage of some college pals and i, back in the day.

it is tasty mixed with pretty much anything, i like it with fruit juice. Do be careful, obviously it is VERY easy to overindulge; and with such a high alcohol content you'd be looking at a trip to emergency.

Do you work as a sketch writer or something? Dude Everclear is a brand as well known as Lucky Strikes. Get with the program! hehe. Pure alcohol is 200 proof so it is essentially pure alcohol with smoe trace sugars and flavors.

there was this guy in college who asked a chem professor (now deceased) if it was "safe" to drink the 200 proof ethyl alcohol we had in the lab. i think the professor didn't really say NO and so this guy basically burned off his tongue when he stole some and tried it.

195 proof is up there. :)

I want to make absolutely clear that I will definitely not be drinking my Everclear straight. Alcohol's hyperaquagrabic or something and dries out and destroys anything it touches!

I think the reason I never heard of it is because I didn't go to school in the states.
