So bexless asked for a Frank/Gerard quantum mirror drabble, and I wrote this. Um. I don't think this is exactly what you wanted, but I hope you like it anyway, hon!

“I’ll be fine,” Frank says, cutting him off. Frank’s hardcore, shit, he lost a limb and kept on kicking. Quantum mirror shenanigans aren’t going to get him down. “And hey, look me up, okay? I’ve got a fucking hook, Gee. That is-”

“So cool, right,” Gerard says, rolling his eyes, but he’s smiling again.

Frank bounces up to him, pulls him into a quick hug and says, “Dude, bring me an eye patch and I’ll be yours forever.”

When he peals back, Gerard’s blushing, red blooming up from his neck, but he says, “Okay,” and shakes his hair out of his face, grins wider.

I love this universe SO MUCH.

I love your SGA/Bandslash mash-ups with a burning passion, but this one made me a little sad. Maybe it's because this Gerard didn't have a Frank or even a Pete. I mean, Lee is cool, but he's no Frank or Pete.

Though this world's version of Frank being a hardcore marine biologist who loses HANDS to sharks is totally awesome.

Thank you! I know, I felt bad having Gerard all alone, but in my head he totally went to visit and woo hook-for-hand Frank and THEY FELL IN LOVE. Frank is so awesome, he loses hands and keeps on getting up close and personal with WALRUSES and shit. He laughs in the face of danger!
