I sent a tiny bit too, on the theory that if everyone does--etc.

Our mutual support this way--it's the way people without money support each other throughout the world. (I just edited an article on this.....) What's different about the way we're doing it is we're a community who's tight through communication rather than physical space.

Hee! I'm a little afraid to respond, since it will mean you have to stop editing your previous comment. But, yes, it's really cool that people are coming together through communication. It means I have a whole bunch of friends I might never have know otherwise, and it makes me happy that sometimes I really can do a little bit to help out a larger cause and know that my contribution is truly helping.
