yeahhh, supercuts is where I went. the girl there was actually really nice and had some really sweet tattoos, but they couldn't do what she suggested I do, which was an all over bleach (some kind of store policy). I wound up doing that myself, and there's still a LITTLE bit of orange left-to my immense frustration-but I'm pretty happy now with the color.
