Long Day

Today I got up very early and helped Anna collect samples from a couple rivers near Sheffield. We were back by 4:30, which she says is awesome compared to her normal schedule

Rest up sugar, it's been a busy weekend already and last minute rushing around last night followed by a very early morning today can't have helped.

Sounds like a rough day. I sympathise, I've been moody and feeling like a hopeless lost child myself recently. It's a bugger, and I don't believe in it.
