I think that by "not quite true" he meant that it isn't being made to introduce Gen 3.

maybe he means part of that tweet isn't true... like it will introduce gen 3 or that it's a gen 1 and 2 movie, cause it seems to be a gen 2 movie only

anyways.. excited for this! makes me more curious to know the link between 2&3, if there even is one.
i can't wait to get the closure i needed, from both the finale of gen 2, and from sid/cassie!
