true or false there's a skins gen 1 and 2 movie being made to introduce gen 3?

I think that by "not quite true" he meant that it isn't being made to introduce Gen 3.

maybe he means part of that tweet isn't true... like it will introduce gen 3 or that it's a gen 1 and 2 movie, cause it seems to be a gen 2 movie only
