Doing well so far

So far I've had a bowl of cheerios and three cups of green tea. I Was going to start pilates but I'm all bloated and crampy.

Third times the charm. No?

good girl. slow and steady. small smounts all day.

there's a reason you get so hungry! how much did you say you weigh? It takes a LOT of calories to make you not feel hungry at the higher weights.

hunger pangs are your damn friend. ;-)
