This diet really isn't that bad. A friend recommended the website www.thedailyplate.com to me and it is like the best thing ever. It tells you how many calories a day you shoul have in order to lose how much weight you want to lose a week. It's not bad either. i can have 1900 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week. Plus every this is considered
