Studying for the patent bar is interesting. Then again with a 50% pass rate I guess I should call it daunting.

So it seems that Twilight swept the MTV awards last night. They definitely didn't deserve a lot of those awards but I can't be mad since it is fan voting and everyone has a chance.

Everyone please remember that MLK day is something more than just an opportunity to have Monday off. Okay off my soap-box.

KW was looked gorgeous at the PCA's. And she was great in that scene last night, when she tells Alex "not this week" in response to Mark's asshattery. The way her eyes looked so sad, was powerful. Loved it!!

Derek Jeter is simply amazing when the post-season starts. He went 5-5 with 2 singles, 2 doubles, and a HR last night, he was made for NY, and he was made for this stage. And this is why A-Rod will never take Jeter's place in NY's heart!!
