The problem is with veganism is, the vast majority of people are *lazy*. They don't want to have to think about the things they put in their body. They shouldn't have to take supplements on a daily basis. They shouldn't have to look up the nutritional content of the foods they eat and tailor a supplement regimen to suit their own bodies.

For the average person, it *is* too hard to be a vegan. Because people are lazy.
