i really struggled with school last term. when i came home i got my learning disability testing redone to get accommodations again and went to a psychiatrist (begrudgingly). both agreed that i have really bad adult ADD that's probably just linked to my learning disability. all things considered they were really surprised that i made it this far ( Read more... )

there was almost no one in our neuro lectures on mental illness and addiction today. the lecture on intestinal motility got a full house. i'd bet my bottom EC dollar that everyone in that room will have far more patients with mental illnesses and addictions than irritable bowel syndrome. i just don't get those kids...
