i miss that porch. I walked by that porch a few days ago and i'm sad/glad to say, that porch has not seen the glory that it had when it was all ours. I have a picture of that porch that i like where everyone is doing their own thing--reading, yelling, drinkin', and pissing the day away with a couple of the neighbors hanging out on the roof above. I like to remember the way that compound was--bursting to the brim with people i liked to be around.

One of my favorite memories is just sitting there at 4:00, getting baked by the sun, drinking a beer and just waiting for things to happen. We had a good run with porches. I miss the Bell boys.

It's alright, my birthday was a weeknight, so I wasn't expecting a huge crowd. I'm free Friday night, though! No Pizza Lounge, since we're playing the Hideout on Sunday! Let's hang out. Maybe Honky Tonk Happy Hour? Or just drinking later on? Both?

Jared may have made plans for us to hang out with his coworker Kevin on Friday, but if not I REALLY REALLY want to hang out (or maybe I'll just ditch J-rock if he did make plans) because I haven't seen you FOREVER!!!!!!!!!
