new car

so i bought a new car this week. we decided on a honda accord lx. buying a car is a pain in the ass, and i hope i don't have to do it again for at least 10 years

why the heck does she need so many porsches and bmws? and what on earth happened that made you go there in person to complain? you'd think that with such a high priced vehicle they'd be kissing the buyer's ass!

that would be great if joe could recommend some good mechanics. i used to have one that i thought i could rely on, but after the fiasco with the mazda last fall i don't really want to go back there. and i don't think they want to see me again, either. ;)

if you do i think you should have edwin or another guy friend go with you and do all the negotiating.

yikes. sorry for your car buying troubles. next time just get a male friend or relative to talk to car salesmen. they would less likely to give them a hard time. hope that whatever car you end up getting will be worth it in the end.

i think it has something to do with the fact that we're women. when i took keith to get my new car out here, it was better that time than when i went to deal with them myself. i hate salespeople too, they're a different breed.

my brother was supposed to go with me and help me with all of this since j works so much, but unfortunately the weekend he was home he was too busy and couldn't go. :( next time i'll definitely bring j or another male friend with me.
