Divorcing amicably is difficult at best. Going through it while getting your degree must be incredibly stressful. I do hope you can remain friends. I know Al and I cherished our friendship, there's an honesty in it that all married couples could benefit from.
That said, your upcoming graduation has got to be a little exciting. What do you want to be when you grow up?
Like the haircut, it's a brave choice. I know short hair makes me look even homelier than I am now, I'll be braiding mine for the duration.
It is incredibly stressful. and we're trying to be decent about it.
immediately after graduation, i want to take a nap. i'm working on a Master of the Arts in the Humanities, with a focus on religious history, theology, and folklore. Good times. Hoping to pursue a PhD in religious history.
After this degree i'll take any job i can get, as long as it pays my rent. But yes, ideally i'd be at a museum or community college. Next year at this time i'll be finding out if i got into any PhD programs (with a MA from University of Chicago, places like Harvard aren't out of the question, but i'm going to basically apply EVERYwhere) and then...five to seven more years of school, then teaching & publishing. That's the life plan, anyway.
What is the music video for? What are you in grad school for? Do you have a before picture for hair comparison? I like the new cut. I added you on fb. Short sentences.
1: It's a sign language music video! i make those sometimes. 2: Religious history. Because obviously i am not yet totally unemployable. 3: Here's what i used to look like:
