Note to self: In the future, don't sleep in places where you can't stretch your legs straight. The pain in your legs in the following days is... painful ( Read more... )

You're back!
Sleeping in strange places. You're supposed to link stuff like that. When I was a teen I used to sleep on my back with one leg bent, so that the foot was underneath the knee of the other leg. (Did you understand that at all?) And every time I did that I woke of up from the pain of trying to move the bent leg. I used to have to ask someone to straighten the leg before I could move. Imagine what I would happen if I slept out in the woods for a few nights. I was not made for out door life.
So, what did you do? *curious*

On a camping trip a few years ago, it rained so hard that my tent collapsed. Well, six of us had to take refuge in a mini-van. Now that was an uncomfortable night! I slept with both legs straight up against the inside of the van.

I thought of you the other day. I was watching Conan O'Brien's talk show and he was discussing his popularity in Finland because he supposedly resembles your female president. LoL!

Our tent has also collapsed once in the rain, but we just put it up again... I was 11 at that time. It rained through the canvas, so we ended up really wet...

Conan O'Brien stuff was big news here when he first did it. They've showed those episodes here already... And they were funny, I agree ;) He does look a lot like Halonen, doesn't he?
