Ok I decided not to blog each day because I could go on and on and bore everyone. So here is a shorter version.

I am looking forward to seeing all the pictures. It sounds like you had a terrific time. I am so so happy you won the best in overall show. Not taking anything away from the other great costumes but your costume is stunning!!!!

I know you had a blast and saw a lot of cool thing, but Jason and Grant from TAPS...that's too cool! :)

LMFAO that's what I say too! And the irony of it is, the way we posed in the picture exactly reflects how we got along. I totally identify with Grant - he's a great friendly guy with a lot of interest in geeky things. He loves fantasy and writing, anime and artistry.

Bob really identified with Jason - he's not really geeky (he used to be a car tech as well!!) and is very blunt and to the point. He will call it like he sees it and doesn't give a crap. Ok Bob is a little more geeky than Jason but their personalities sure match. I'm amazed that Jason and Grant are even friends. They are complete opposites!

I think it's even funny that our heights were so close LOL

Oh and what you see on the show is exactly what you get. No cutting to over dramatize events or to make people different than what they are.

Thanks! I was thrilled since I view the Dragoncon Costume Contest as hard to win - and it really is. Lots of talented people enter. I'm humbled by it but also excited!

And you really should have been there!

YAY THANKS! I'm totally excited! I can't wait to see the photos either. We did a shoot in front of marble columns so it should look awesome.
