Raven had handwavily talked to Karla about staying an extra day on the island, and late in the morning she made her way over to the school with more than a little pang of nostalgia. She really did miss Fandom.

She paused in the doorway to Anakin's office. "Good morning, Professor Skywalker," she said, smiling.

Anakin glanced up from his computer. "Raven," he said, smiling back. "Come in. Would you like something to drink?"

Raven stepped inside and sat down. It felt good to be sitting her again, almost as if no time had passed.

"Tea, please, if it is not inconvenient," she said. "And thank you."

"Not at all," he said, heading over to the electric kettle to fix tea. "Don't tell Rory, but I drink instant coffee in the office when I don't feel like walking to the Perk."
