I got a nice big 320GB external hard drive yesterday. I was sick of having to reboot to erase temporary files and get my free space back over a gig. I probably would have continued to deal with it, but Dick Smith’s has a special on LaCie “Porsche” drives. I almost got the half-terrabyte, but stopped myself. It’ll take me a good while to get through

Ooh, that's the external drive I've got. So far I've got no complaints although it does sometimes take a while before it lets me disconnect it from my computer.

Cool, because I chose not to get the extended warranty for it. Fortunately, I don't plan to disconnect it too often :)
