So the double front compression binder is MUCH better now. I keep it stretched out on the back of a chair whenever I am not wearing it. Yesterday I wore it from about noon to 8 PM with little issue. It took me 20 minutes of wrestling to put it on and I almost got stuck on my way out. Ordered another binder from Underworks today. What I've been using so far is an Ultra-Light Compression Shirt, which is passable for my rather small chest-size but ultimately not enough to achieve proper manscaping.
