Prompt: Post-war AU (Sirius didn't die in OoTP). Draco is an androgynous-looking prostitute. Wealthy!Sirius is one of his "clients"/johns/tricks. Sex (with Sirius) didn't mean anything to Draco - at least, not at first. Sex is a part of his job description, and a means of survival in a post-war world that held no place for a disgraced Malfoy/ex-Death Eater, nothing else. Sex with every john/trick that comes to Draco feels that way - which isn't much. Sirius is just like every other average john/trick to Draco.
Sirius feels differently though. It (sex with Draco) meant something more to him. So Sirius keeps coming back to Draco. Maybe Sirius didn't know or didn't want to admit why Draco meant something to him, but he's drawn to Draco all the same.
Sex-to-love sort of plot? If the claimant wants to incorporate themes like drug use/addiction, alcoholism, self-harm, sexual abuse, degradation of prostitutes and bdsm stuff, I am fine with them. After his escape (from Azkaban), even though Remus is overjoyed to have Sirius back in his life, things aren't the same as they used to be and so they drifted apart and their relationship is slowly dying a violent, miserable death (with all the fights and everything else). Soon the war is in full swing and fate/Dumbledore/Snape dumped Draco into their laps to protect him from Voldie/Lucius/Death Eaters. Draco seduces each of them separately to get them to love him, to guarantee his protection. Soon, Draco becomes the glue that pulls Sirius and Remus back together.

Sirius watches as the boys grow up to become fine young men... and watches as they grow up falling in love with each other... and any other bumps along the way. Also, it would be fun to have Harry sorted Slytherin instead of Gryffindor :p
