Po might notice something odd about him, if they ever meet in person. But Po is kind of a recluse lately, slowly acclimating to the city.
Po is a Graceling prince from Lienid, part of the Seven Kingdoms on some unknown world. Full of people with special abilities and human-shaped monsters. He's here.

If you dont mind spoilers for Xenosaga I could tell you :). And ooo Luna~. If Wilhelm ever met Luna well..........hes been watching humans for so long and they still confuse him. Something tells me she would exceed expectations for how strange she is XD.
Haha, I don't mind spoilers at all! I'm kind of horrible when it comes to spoiling myself, actually :') And yes... Luna does tend to have that effect on people!

Alright :). So....yea. Basically he had been restarting the universe over and over and over whenever humans screwed it up too much. However one time a group of humans decided they wanted to take care of their own destiny and w/ the help of Chaos (who is Jesus lol) they attempted to do so. Did they succeed? No idea because thats how they ended Xenosaga :X. Wilhelms reaction was "...well you're going to fail but Ill just vanish because you cant really hurt me and pick up the pieces." and thus he finds himself here now :X.
