My name is CC and I'm new here. I'll be bringing you Wilhelm from Xenosaga :). If youre not familiar, think of a Joshua (TWEWY) with less emotions. Alternatively you can think of him as the living embodiment of order, operator of (his) universe... so yea hes quite powerful. In xenosaga his job was to make sure humanity didnt destroy itself. He kinda got "fired" from that job, so Hello new job of Sirens Port!
Hes very philosophical, likes listening to Wager, and will not care if you try to drop his arm off. (What does he need that for anyway?) Anyhoo, he'll be very interested in the 2 factions, particulary SERO. He also brings with him the Compass of order and chaos , which wont function perfectly here. He also has the tendency to grant people powers in exchange for becoming a "lacky" of sorts. If you need more info on him/what he can do, you can check out his character info I set up up on dw here.
