It's not difficult to find the place Peter Petrelli is living in; much less to watch until Spike has left the place. He refuses to let himself hide in the shadows himself - that would be too dependent upon his Core-given powers. That's not how he works.
He lets Petrelli have at least an hour to himself before he's sliding the window open, slipping into the house, his entrance muffled by the sounds of the TV. ]
Petrelli. I need information on Sylar.
[ It's as good an introduction as any. ]

For another second he just stares, expression darkening as he thinks. ]
Yeah? You and everyone else. [ He hasn't said no, not really, but his tone reeks of annoyed defiance.
Just because he was Batman didn't afford him the sudden luxury of having Peter spill the beans. For the same exact reasons he'd told Jason -- he didn't want to be involved with helping Sylar kill anyone else. He didn't even like the connotation that they were still connected, that he was the only one who understood. ]

Then he moves. Not through the shadows, no- just with his normal speed, reaching out to grab Petrelli by his collar. He drags him up with a single hand and slams him strange against the television.
The thing shakes. Bruce's arm doesn't. ]
I'm not here to deal with your guilt complex. [ Softly, gently. ] Neither am I asking. I could have knocked you out and dragged you with me, Petrelli.
You have his powers. You know what powers he has. And you will tell me.

Pressing back into the television to try to earn himself some distance, he stares up at Batman, still holding on to what's left of his own fortitude. ]
Why? You already died once. Knowing what he can do won't change anything. [ but at least he doesn't sound like a defiant kid anymore, just tired of being unable to do as much about Sylar as he wishes he could. ]
