Much to her surprise, she spied a familiar person ahead of her. "Wolf?"
Reply
"Ellaaaaa..." he snarled, looking up at her with yellow eyes.
He took a few steps closer, walking a little unusually, tongue hanging out of his mouth as he panted. "Out for a, heh... walk in the moonlight?"
Reply
Nnnnnot a good way the way he says her name. And the yellow eyes weren't a good sign. Hadn't he looked like that before? Not ... completely but -
Moonlight. She glanced up as Wolf approached, and inwardly winced. Crap - what was he doing out here? He was going to get himself in trouble. Or get someone in trouble. Like her.
Stay calm, She told herself, and felt the nervousness ebb away. She breathed out. "I'm just getting off of work actually. What are you doing out here, Wolf?"
Reply
"Rrrr... oh, you know... just... here and there..." he muttered, an unsettling grin on his face. "Seeing the sights..."
As though for the first time noticing the stains on his sleeves, he chuckled and quickly put his arms behind his back. "Hehhhrrr... Don't you look nice tonight?"

And what would you be, pray tell? A witch?
She smiled, turning and nearly walking into someone.
"Oh, I do beg your pardon--"
The man looked disheveled and sweaty, unkempt. She paused. "Sir, are you all right?"
Reply
"Ohhhh, better now that you're here," he nearly giggled. "What brings you out tonight? A girl as nice as you might just run into something awful out here..."
Reply
"Yes, well, I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself." She settled her hands on her hips. "You, however, look ill."

He abruptly spun around, throwing his arms in the air. "Will you smell that air? Will you look at that beautiful moon! Oh, it makes me feel ALIVE! I could just stand under it all night long! AROOOOOOO-"
He let out a long, jubilant howl, lowering his head when he was done and pacing back and forth. "I want to run! Yessssss! Run all over a nice green field, all night long! You wanna run with me?"

Yet, upon catching sight of a figure from a short distance away, Caster found her curiosity piqued ever so slightly. It was a little difficult to make out his features clearly, but if she wasn’t mistaken, he looked rather abnormally disheveled. Somehow, the denizens of the island constantly found themselves in enigmatic circumstances far from the mundane, and she had no doubt that this one was any different.
“Excuse me,” she softly called over, with a mildly welcoming smile as if mindful of alarming him. “I couldn’t help but notice that you seem a little worse for the wear. If it is none of my business, then I will not trouble you…but is everything alright?” A slight tilt of her hooded head and a gentle note of concern accompanied her

"H'lo," he said, grinning through pointed teeth. "Don't you worry. Everything's just swell...

"Is that so?" she remarked, calmly still. "Perhaps you haven't seen yourself in the mirror yet."
It certainly felt dangerous speaking with such a man, but she wasn't afraid to play with fire. Sometimes, the brightest mornings came from the darkest nights.

Wolf laughed, throwing his arms back and staring up at the sky. "Will you smell that fresh air? I can see for MILES AND MILES! I feel incredible! Don't you?"

He's about to light up when he smells Wolf, and lifts his head to peer down the street. Something about him smelled off. Different. He lifted a hand, trying to catch the man's attention.
Reply
He quickly reached up to try to straighten out his hair, panting. "Hrrrr... Gramps! So nice to see you tonight!" he said, in a completely put-on voice of good cheer.
Reply
He can smell those stains on your clothes, Wolf.

He laughs again, then scratches frantically at his head. "Can you feel it? Isn't it great? I woke up this morning all achy and hot but this MOON... it's just so INVIGORATING!"

These thoughts clouded Simon's mind as he tried to hurry down the sidewalk, moving at such a clip that he barely managed to stop himself in time to keep from walking right into someone.
"Duìbùqĭ," he said automatically in apology, taking a few steps back from the stranger and holding up his hands... Wolf's appearance gave him further pause as Simon noticed the dirt and the stains. The doctor treated all sorts so he tried not to judge...but he couldn't help the visceral twist of trepidation.

"What'd you call me?!"

"I'm sorry, that's all," he tried to explain, though knowing his luck that would be taken entirely the wrong way as well.
He really needed to drop the Chinese.

He took a stalking step forward. "Well you don't need to! I feel FINE!"
