Ivy herself was just about to take off from Nueva Los Noches, to travel to her secondary home in Sector Six. Although she was fairly certain that Akira and July were self-efficient enough on their own, she had to check in periodically to be sure that no one was starting any trouble. After everything she had gone through in Gotham, she knew she could never be too safe, even if she did prefer the vast amount of space allowed to her in the present location.

As she headed for the outskirts though, she paused at the sight of the lady - "arrancar", was it? She herself was fluent in Spanish, but the term still confounded her. To tear off - or possibly uproot? What did that even mean?

Regardless, she gave an intrigued tilt of head at the woman. She had seen quite a bit of Aizen's so-called "generals", but she was quite sure this was the first woman she had run into; Ivy already liked her better than the rest of the Espada. It also helped that the woman had a lovely verdant tint to her hair; it seemed that all of the tolerable Espada had ( ... )

"Ah, this?" she asked, gesturing to the bag. "I have a job as a fashion model. Since they're tailoring everything to fit, I get to keep the things I model."

Given Nelliel's generous bustline, it probably wasn't necessary to explain why the garments had to be tailored. It also amounted to free advertising for her employer if she walked about in public wearing the clothing, considering that Nelliel was easily recognizable. With the amount of money she was paid for the work she did, she knew she probably should wear the clothes she was given more often. At least while out in public. Her arrancar mask already associated her with Aizen well enough.

Nelliel smiled politely. "Poison Ivy, I presume? My name is Nelliel Tu Odelschwanck."

Even if Ivy was rather disconnected with popular culture, she had a vague understanding of how the fashion world went; if you had noticeable curves, you were probably considered 'plus-sized'. Not that it mattered to her; her own curves gained her more positive attention than anything. Regardless, she supposed that Neliel had enough of an exotic look that even the most traditional of designers would feel compelled to alter their designs in spite of her rather - unique proportions. Either way, Ivy supposed it was nice that she managed to find some kind of independence away from Aizen. She rather liked the man, but it certainly seemed that his subordinates were dependent on him. It was sad, really ( ... )

"You're welcome to just call me Nelliel," she offered. "I prefer being called by my name than by my rank."

Poison Ivy was an interesting name in and of itself, but perhaps it was a normal name where Ivy had come from. There was no way of Nelliel knowing without Ivy volunteering that information, unless she spoke to others from Ivy's world.

"I am available to speak with you," she said. "And it would be nice to get to know someone Aizen-sama holds in high regard."

Truth be told, Aizen didn't seem to have much for the Espada to do here at all. It was a good thing that he allowed all of his arrancar - Espada and others - to do as they saw fit in their free time. All of them being required to stay in Nueva Las Noches to await his orders would probably have involved property destruction. It wasn't nearly the size of the original Las Noches. Nor, she suspected, was it anywhere as durable.
