Alors, there are what, 350, 360 of us? I haven't accounted for any of the children yet, mais, the operating expenses of the Starter Apartments are rather low because of the vacancies. I don't know what they are off hand, mais, it couldn't be more than eighteen euro a month from all Newcomers to keep it not only in our hands, but keep it up to date. I'd certainly be willing to pay that price now, to keep SERO and AGI off the property.

Mais, my month of rent is up in three days, so I'm in the middle of packing at the moment to move somewhere else.

That is under the assumption that no more people will be arriving; the Core may have stopped the flow for right now, but we have no true idea of what it is capable of.

Just as well, have you noticed the state of the building? It does not just need to be kept up to date. It needs to be refurbished completely. And since the companies now own the property, it'd be best to find a way to work with them rather then again, would you not agree?
