Other Notes
- There is a news article about how a manipulator of chance (and rabid chocoholic) was behind the hot chocolate promotions on Tuesday. No charges are being pressed, though, as many coffee shops netted a ridiculous amount of sales.
- A neighbourhood in Sector 4 got together and created a skating rink in an abandoned lot. A water manipulator and temperature manipulator made the ice. It is accessible to anyone who wishes to use it, for free, though there are a few people positioned around to make sure it doesn't get way too full.
