WeatherTemperatures remain cold with clear skies and sunshine in the morning and early afternoon. By late afternoon, however, it will become cloudy and snow will start to fall by evening sirens. It will snow another inch by midnight, leaving current snow cover at 3 inches. There will be a light wind throughout the day.
