[Nana tries really hard to read the replies. She does. And she can make out a few words. After all, sorry and careful were ones she became familiar with quickly. Usually she has Mister Hughes help her read replies if she has trouble, but he's not here at the moment.]

Are... so cruel. I don't think Nana-chan should be upset about being called a demon. Where I come from, it's a mark of respect... and only the greatest of people are allowed to use the title.

That's right. You see, it was a demon that saved our village and became our guardian deity, many years ago. It's even said that most of the inhabitants have some demon blood in them, thanks to that demon sacrificing himself to make the others friendly to us. So our village is very fond of demons... and regards them quite highly.

Even if they hate Nana, Nana would never, ever kill someone. If you kill someone, then you're just as bad as they are. How are you any better? You're not.
