Lady Nill...? ... A pleasure to make your acquaintance. My name is Fratley.

As to your inquiry, I'm afraid I have heard even less than you. What are these powers you speak of?

It's nice to meet you too, Fratley. Though-- Just Nill is fine! I'm not sure something like Lady really suits me...

Oh... It seems the more "normal" people that arrive here sometimes gain powers as a result of being here. But I don't know much about it otherwise... That's why I asked.

What a strange thing. I cannot say I have noticed that phenomenon in myself.

Oh, no, I'm not! But 'Lady' seems so formal..

It seems like a lot of people haven't, actually.

Yes from what I've heard, almost everyone who finds their way onto this island do come to develop some form of power or another. Except for those who already seem to have some form of unnatural power such as myself.

So-- it just comes to the people that are more "normal" than others, right? Is that all it takes?

From what I've seen. Or those that cannot easily defend themselves. To my knowledge though, only the people who are pulled to Siren's Port develop these powers.
