All we have are our memories, our feelings, our pain, if we die, what will happen to them? Who will remember what it is that we experienced saved our loved one? If I cannot see him ever again, I would carry the burden until I fall eternally.

You carry on, because to give up and leave things as they are, it would be like saying the love that spurred you on before was not worth it.
