With people coming in and and out so often, I imagine they would be overwhelmed if they made it any more difficult to get citizenship. I disagree about the library, though; they have an impressive collection. It's just that it's hard to find things.

As for the deaths [A bit of a pause.] Have you heard of any specific cases?

I haven't. I've just asked around, and this seems like a somewhat dangerous world, and some have died after all.

Yes. I think that the library simplifies things-- it's the easiest way to find information here.

It only makes sense. The Darkness isn't exactly hospitable. But if you haven't heard of any specific cases, then I don't suppose you've heard of anyone [Pause-- how can he make this not sound ridiculous?] coming back to life, have you?

I've never been in a library so large before, or one that works quite this way. I suppose it will make more sense over time.
