He said he left just before then. [Which is causing Shou endless amounts of stress. If he's not there to be killed, has this messed up their chance to fix the past? Is there a way to return him to the moment he left so they can insure nothing goes wrong?] He knows he was going to die, but for him it hasn't happened yet.

Affordable apartments can be found within Sector Four. It's normal to have plumbing so you don't need to make special mention.

Who is it that would do the research to back the "positions"?
