[Ivy was a little caught off-guard at first, by a wolf speaking to her...but then remembered that she was the person who typically spoke with plants. This shouldn't be so strange.]

Only at night? [She would have to be more careful then.]

I'm fine. But if you don't mind me asking...what are you, exactly? It's not every day that I speak with wolves.

So no creatures during the day? It's a bit of a relief, I suppose. Daytime is the best time for a plant to recuperate.

Really? [So wolves were normally supposed to talk? No, that was nonsense. This was most likely something from another planet. She seemed to be running into a lot of aliens today.] I wouldn't say that they're a common sight, but it's no means a surprise to see a wolf where I'm from. Though they're typically kept in a zoo.

But no, to answer your question, one would be called absurd to even suggest they could speak with wolves. I speak with plants on a day-to-day basis, but I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've spoken with a non-humanoid animal.

She'd be sure to switch to audio the next time she needed to make a global message.]

Not really. I've seen weirder. But you're gonna have to give me the benefit of the doubt here, this is the first time I've seen anyone sane-sounding and not trying to kill me that happens to have green skin. I'm trying.

[She smirked a little at that.] Now whoever said that I was sane? However, I don't see any reason to kill you. [Yet.] But I'd continue to be weary of the green-skinned beings, if I were you. An acquaintance of mine has quite the temper.

I have. It just seems that I need to get the details. An explanation of this so-called "Darkness" would be nice, but from my understanding it's a task easier said than done to get it out of the people who would even have that information.
