( ohhhh boy ) but- he couldn't just not try after snake left, and after what he said. it was also a good way to get his mind off things, so-! he had to try, for him! on grocery day, tsuna made sure to grab what he needed, and made sure that he had instructions. thing

Uwah, I know how that is! Making rice balls for the first time can be really tricky! Rice is so sticky, and you drop it, and then it gets on your face or in your hair on in your clothes... Or all three...

Um! Well, I could teach you how to make something! Nn, something easy to make... You could make miso soup? But I guess that isn't very filling.

( miso?! that's easier than ramen-! ) A little- Do you know anything else?

Oh! Um, I can make cucumber rolls. But that involves knives! A-and I always get cuts on my fingers, so, making those with you would be a bad idea! I don't want you to get hurt...

[ looks at his own fingers that were oh so freshly cut all over and covered in band aids. ]

[going out to take a walk, he was; thought it'd be nice to get some fresh air and scope more of the city out before the sirens go off tonight. and if he's to be honest with himself, he needs to get out of this warehouse before he goes nuts. as grateful as he is that big boss had enough common sense to procure a place with wide, open space that could easily be fortified, he still isn't in the best of moods over the lack of firepower they have stockpiled. lazy, lazy, lazy.

he's coming down the stairs, passing the fourth floor when he smells it -- burnt rice and faint smoke. it's a little revolting and gets his immediate attention and, partly out of concern and curiosity, he follows it until it leads him to the kitchen.

[ looking about for some paper towels- ah, here! now that he had a bunch in his hand, tsuna kneeled down to the mess, to start picking up the cup and soaking up all the water and noodles he dropped.

until he heard someone which, to be honest, made him jump a little! when the boy's head whirled around in slight shock- ]

[ . . . well, not knowing who the man was didn't make him calm down just yet. he actually didn't know what to say but- ]

[jumpy little thing. kaz can't understand why at first, then his eyes fall on the wet mess tsuna was in the middle of mopping up.]

Er -- [he pushes his shades up with his thumb. the only indication of his current mood tsuna would be able to determine would be from the slight crease of his brow.] I'm not interrupting anything, am I?
