Yes, I think a part time medic on call, especially during dark hours, would help a good deal. I could speak with the hospital here about donations. Also, it might be negotiable to pay a medic greeter's salary, or supplement rent.

Wraps, splints, antiseptics, rubbing alcohol-- braces, hydrogen peroxide- er- clamps, scissors, cotton...

... Most everything needed, I think.

They're portable, but somewhat bulky. About the size of a small backpack.
