Well I had thought it was a rather random occurrence that didn't exactly have any purpose behind it. Whatever it's reasons, it certainly keeps things from getting too boring doesn't it? Yohohoho!

I discussed this exact topic the other day with Edgeworth. We believe someone's pulling us here, on purpose. There's way too many coincidences, too many people from the same time and place, for it to be entirely an accident. As for their reasons, your guess is as good as mine.

Well, my first guess would be that whatever's behind it that they're trying to fix the world. My second isn't so pleasant...

...It's a bit of a downer, but I have a hard time believing we're here to fix the world. Whatever brought us here, it brought enough evil to cause a lot of harm.

The last time I experienced something where people of different worlds merged it meant their own were gone.

[Oh, shi-honestly, he had practically forgotten about Sora being here in the wake of dealing with Xion's arrival and recovering a huge chunk of his own memory.

[Yeah well he kinda expected to be forgotten with that little public display he could see taking place. Sora's not even going to ask what's going on because well, it's clearly something that has to do with all of them and yet nothing Sora knows about.

More concerns about the nature of things and the reason for things, huh?

Tell me, have you been approached and asked to fight a war I don't know about? Have you noticed people disappearing like we're some bodybank for worldwide hospitals? How many conspiracy theories do you want? There is no reason you're here - you simply are. Sometimes it's better just to accept it as an unanswerable question and live with it.

Actually...yeah. However it started long before I got here. Saving worlds from darkness is what I do. Sure people disappear but we also keep getting more. The arrivals must be more than the disappearances though.

All of this is like deja vu for me so I'm going to question it even if I never get a straight answer.

I suppose you wouldn't know about religion, then? The thing is, in my world when people try to answer unanswerable questions, it usually ends up starting wars. Causing problems, instead of solving them. Sure, it gives a lot of people peace of mind to have some pretend answer to satisfy them, but when answers conflict, it causes friction. People become very protective of their comfort--of having answers to all their questions.

Here, though... I disappeared. I died, and my body disappeared and I went home. Why would it do that? Why would it bring me back? I don't have an explanation. I think a logical one would be unlikely.

Well you know it already feels like we're fighting a war what with the darkness, companies and all. And just how are we supposed to solve problems without just rushing in and dealing with who's in charge? We can't force the people of this world to like us and some certainly aren't making it any better. I've got a lot of questions that are unanswered, I just wanted people's opinions.

[A pause. That's a new one he hasn't heard of yet. He knows people have come back from the dead here or continue on when their life had about to end.] Maybe this is what death is...
