It's not that we'll be exclusive to newcomers, but it's a service meant for newcomers. Are we going to make people prove they're newcomers, or ban natives who might want to use our services? Not particularly, there's no point in it. But our focus will be helping newcomers, who have special needs.

A little bit. Back when there was flooding, I helped with their efforts for people who lost their homes.

They're monotheists - believing Jonova to be their one true god - following a man called Priest Englewood who can perform healing miracles. They were brightly colored robes and overall seem to be very well-minded people.
