Okay, first thing's first... your rock or whatever you're using is a thingy that they call an NV that allows you to see and hear what people are doing long-distance. And it lets other people see and hear you too. Don't ask me how it works, I think it's 'magic'. Secondly, don't believe everything people tell you here, sometimes they're rude and nasty for no reason at all.
[A pause as he realizes his nugget of information and his advice contradict.]
