Underneath all that smog and taint, the stars must surely be shining, beautifully as ever. [ Her voice warmed with ease. ] In spite of everything, it's a wonderful thing. And whenever I follow that train of thought, I can't help but notice the good that this city still has to offer. Like, the air we breathe in -- or the sight of the rising sun.
It makes things feel less bleak, doesn't it? Even though I can't say my home was missing anything this city has.
