[There's a few seconds of shuffling papers before Fred finally speaks.]

So I'm assuming we're going to start getting an influx of people soon, if previous patterns are anything to go by. [And they are.] I'm kind'a having trouble making ends meet, and as it turns out, I live in a hotel. There's a few rooms that are in good condition, and I'm ( Read more... )

[Well, you could move into the HoA, but that's a step away from living together and Chuck is twelve kinds of unprepared for that.]

I think the best time to advertise is about a month after the influx starts, when everyone gets kicked out of the Towers.

It's alright. [She has the sound of shaking her head in her voice.] I'd rather try and accomplish something that would help.

Course I got an income. [He was about to tell her how much he makes to prove the point, but then realizes that's probably a bad idea. There's going to be an upcoming part where he haggles, right?

He's so bad at this.]

Single, double, and rooms that have a living space and kitchen. [It's okay. She's bad at setting a price. She doesn't know how much rooms go for.]

Found an abandoned hotel and started fixing it up. Been working on it since August or so.
