So I'm assuming we're going to start getting an influx of people soon, if previous patterns are anything to go by. [And they are.] I'm kind'a having trouble making ends meet, and as it turns out, I live in a hotel. There's a few rooms that are in good condition, and I'm willing to negotiate on rent. It helps if you're capable of helping get the rest of the place in order.
