Just that you bring your newcomer ID with you. I can train any of the positions here save the sous chef - for that position I'd prefer someone at least moderately experienced in varied cooking styles.

Close, it's a bistro here, so that's more or less the same, really, save the fact that we serve full course meals. But no, most of the positions are trainable, so I don't require experience and wait staff earns pretty good tips in addition to salary.

Sous chef, though, does need a decent background.
