I think that's the point! But I very much understand where you're coming from. The difference in quality between fast food and a genuine pub is nothing to sniff at.

It's more knowin' that you can trust that the person doin' it has been trained to hold a blade to your neck and not make a vent in your jugular. That says "quality of service" right there.

[ and ngl back in the day it was useful telling people you were a barber and instantly getting their permission to come right up to their neck with a razor blade haha good times ]
